All Shares Sold

The deadline for purchase of shares at the old share prices has passed. After the final deposits were received on October 1^st 2006, all the 120 shares available will have been purchased.

Share Price Increase

Share prices presently range from $66,700 to $84,000. Effective immediately, these prices have been increased by 25% which will bring the range from $83,375 to $105,000.

Current homeowners that wish to purchase their share have been provided a window of opportunity to purchase at the previous price points ($66,700-$84,000). To do so both a purchase agreement and a $10,000 deposit must be in place before May15th, 2006. The balance must be paid by October 1st, 2006.

Sandpiper Resort Co-Op has limited the number of shares to 120.
